Red-figure Skyphos

The vessel is made of fine clay, obtained after firing a light brick inred color.
The mouth is wide and slightly protruding.
The walls under the lip are almost vertical - 1/3 of the height of the skyphos, after which the body narrows and acquires the shape of a truncated cone facing down.
The foot is ring-shaped.
On each side of the court are two young men facing each other, dressed in long chitons that fall into large folds. The details of the clothes are made with varnish lines applied with a thin brush. The hair is transmitted in total, with spots of thick, black, shiny varnish.
One figure is missing from the broken side.
One of the young men is holding a round object, obscure (probably a disk?), And the other is holding another object, separated by crossed black varnish lines, with small dots in the fields outlined by them. The space around the figures is filled with varnish. Under the handles are painted red palmettes, one of which is preserved, and the other - only part of the base. Above the palmettes, in the figures, there are volute or arcuate ends. The palmettes emerge from a common arcuate base, outlined with a varnish, under which there is another arc. The space under the figures and the palmettes to the bottom is covered with a thick, black, shiny varnish. It is divided by a parallel varnish strip.
The partially preserved handle is located just below the mouth, covered with varnish; has an elliptical cross section.
